How Koveira handles the information you share through our growth audit form.
What we collect
When you request an audit, we collect your name, email address, business website, selected priority, indicative budget, preferred timeframe, the business challenge you describe and any quick-quiz answers you carry into the form. For an initial SEO, search or AI visibility review, only your name, email and website are required; your priority is optional. We also record the enquiry page and any UTM campaign labels in its URL when you submit, so we can understand where the enquiry came from.
Why we collect it
We use these details to review your request, understand your business and contact you about the audit. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
How we handle it
Requests are stored in the website’s database and are available to the site owner and authorised administrators. An enquiry notification containing these details is sent to the site owner through Resend, our email delivery provider. We do not publish your enquiry or sell your details.
Quick business quiz
The quiz uses session storage in your browser to limit repeat prompts and carry your answers into the enquiry form. Quiz answers are sent to us only when you submit that form.
Questions or deletion requests
You can use the growth audit form to ask about your information or request its deletion. Include the email address used for the original enquiry and select “I’d like your perspective”. Please do not submit sensitive personal information.
